What is Global Burnout?

Global burnout is a state of pervasive exhaustion that affects all aspects of an individual’s life, extending beyond professional responsibilities. It encompasses emotional, physical, and mental fatigue, leading to a profound sense of depletion and disengagement from both work and personal life. This condition results in a diminished capacity to cope with daily demands, reduced motivation, increased emotional sensitivity, and a sense of helplessness, impacting overall well-being and quality of life.

The Global Burnout Recovery Program

The Global Burnout Recovery Program is a 6-Day intensive program to help individuals struggling with burnout in all its forms (brownout, blur-out, bore-out) and all the related problems that result from a state of work and life exhaustion.

Day 1 - Personality Traits

The TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory) will provide invaluable insight into your personality traits. The interplay between these traits will help you to understand the dynamics of your emotional drives.

Day 2 - Emotional Intelligence

With an awareness of the emotional drives, you are in a position to learn how to manage emotions and understand better the emotional responses of others.

Day 3 - Communication Style

The remarkable skill of human communication with which we are all endowed, is often so poorly executed.

Day 4 - Habits & Compulsion

Repetition and compulsion are natural and evolved aspects of the survival brain but can so easily lead us into unhealthy habits.

Day 5 - Narrative Self-identity

We will dive deep into exploring and reshaping personal narratives.

Day 6 - Values & Self-realization

We explore the importance of aligning actions with core values for self-fulfillment.

Our Team

Our program is based on the work of the Anthropedia Institute, a research body comprising over 40 experts in psychiatry, psychology, neurobiology, genetics, medicine, and the Science of Well-Being. The Institute is led by world-renowned psychiatrist Dr. C. Robert Cloninger of Washington University in St. Louis, one of the pioneers of the Science of Well-Being. Dr. Cloninger’s 2004 book on Oxford University Press, Feeling Good: The Science of Well-Being, offered a new vision of psychiatry and mental health treatment.
